Our Idiot Brother centers on an idealistic dude named Ned (Paul Rudd) who unwittingly wreaks havoc on the the lives of his three sisters (Zooey Deschanel, Emily Mortimer, Elizabeth Banks).
Parks and Recreation’s Rashida Jones co-stars as Zooey’s girlfriend in the comedy, which opens nationwide Friday. “I am a lawyer, and I’m a very stable force in Natalie’s (Deschanel) life,” says Jones. “We’ve been together for a while. We live together with lots of other people, but nonetheless live together. I’m also like a big buddy to Ned. I’m a big supporter of Ned and I kind encourage him to take control of his life.”
