Definitely…I wanted at least one more season of Life on Mars - they could have gone so many different avenues with the whole Space angle..etc…it’s sad so many good shows get yanked too soon.

I have a special reason to like the ending but arguably it was unique and by necessity couldn’t have been the same as the UK version. In addition, there were clues in the finale that could have added yet another layer (or more) like was done in the popular Inception film. This could have allowed for a continuation of Sam’s adventures and morphed into another twist. It will always be one of my favorite shows.
