During an interview for his upcoming film The Debt (opening August 31st), Sam Worthington gave us an update on the highly anticipated Avatar sequels, which the actor claims will be shot back to back.

“I just look at, would I like to see the movie,” says Worthington, who discusses how he chooses his film roles.  “Within that, I try and find the character.  With something like Clash of the Titans 2, I said, ‘here is where I think I screwed up on the first one, here is what I want to achieve with this.  Can we shoehorn this character into this story?  I was lucky enough that they accepted the challenge and let me do it.”

Mr. Worthington also worked on the action/thriller Man On A Ledge, which also stars Ed Harris and Jamie Bell.  Having just seen the film, Worthington gives his reaction to working on the project:
