Project Runway All Stars comes out later this year, and Lifetime has just announced the designers getting a shot at redemption.  One of the designers, Mondo Guerra, was heavily favored to win season eight, but he lost Gretchen Jones in the finale.

The designers are: Austin Scarlett (Season One), Kara Janx (Season Two), Elisa Jimenez (Season Four), Rami Kashou (Season Four), Kathleen Vaughn (Season Four), Jerell Scott (Season Five), Kenley Collins (Season Five), Gordana Gehlhausen (Season Six), Anthony Williams (Season Seven), Mila Hermanovski (Season Seven), April Johnston (Season Eight), Michael Costello (Season Eight), and last (but definitely not least), Mondo Guerra (Season Eight).

The show will be hosted by supermodel Angela Lindvall, with Marie Claire Editor-in-Chief serving as a mentor to the Runway vets.  Designers Georgina Chapman and Isaac Mizrahi are the judges for the 12-episode series, and the winner will receive a designer’s boutique in select Neiman Marcus stores (and on NeimanMarcus.com), 100,000 in office space and technology from HP and Intel, $100,000 from L’Oreal Paris, a feature spread on Marie Claire (where the winner will be a guest editor for one year), and a sewing and embroidery studio from Brother International.

My prediction for Project Runway All Stars is as follows: Mondo Guerra wins a lion’s share of the challenges…and the talented (but volatile) Kenley Collins has some sort of meltdown!!
