Three-time Emmy winner Jeremy Piven, best known as super agent Ari Gold on HBO’s Entourage, plays a villain named Timekeeper in Spy Kids: All The Time In The World In 4D (opening August 19th).  It’s a departure for Piven, whose feature film work have mainly consisted of dramas (Smokin Aces, Black Hawk Down) and comedies (Old School, Very Bad Things).

During the Spy Kids interviews, Piven talked about the proposed Entourage feature, which was discussed by producers Mark Wahlberg and Doug Ellin during the recent HBO TCA sessions.

“The only variable is Doug Ellin (Entourage producer) taking the time to write it,” says Piven.  “He’s about to shoot his pilot (an HBO project with Ed Burns titled 40) and he’s got a full plate.  But we all want him to write the movie.”
