At yesterday’s San Diego Comic-Con panel for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part One actor Taylor Lautner said he was “super excited” about Jacob’s personal growth in the storyline.

Lautner also praised director Bill Condon’s rendering of the birth scene. “When I read the book for the first time, the birth scene was…it was a lot to take in,” said Lautner. “It’s so interesting and I had no idea how it was going to look visually. And I have to give Bill some major credit. It’s really amazing. It’s stunning. I don’t want to give too much away…but the birth scene is phenomenal.”
