Working with Woody Allen was a huge influence on actor Owen Wilson, as he grew enamored with the “City of Light” during the production of Midnight in Paris.
“I could easily live in the city, I think it’s just maybe my favorite city,” said Wilson during last weekend’s Cars 2 press conference. “I love Rome. I lived in Rome for a while working, and that’s beautiful and incredible. But Paris obviously is beautiful but it’s also a real, functional city. I have a couple of bicycles there so I always ride around. I got one that was at my friend Wes Anderson’s and he got that one stolen. So I don’t leave a bike with him anymore.”

Cars 2, which has Wilson voicing Lightning McQueen, opens Friday. Midnight in Paris was #9 last weekend, taking in $5.2 million.
