HawthoRNe: The Complete Second Season heads to DVD on June 7th.  The TNT series features Jada Pinkett Smith as Christina Hawthorne, a determined Chief Nursing Officer who is trying to raise her daughter, meet the demands of her high pressured job, and also have some semblance of a love life (with Michael Vartan, who plays Dr. Wakefield on the series).  Pinkett Smith also serves as an executive producer on the show, which was created by former St. Elsewhere scribe John Masius.

Special features on the three disc set include five behind the scenes featurettes, as well as a look spotlight on the show’s new cast members.
