John Stamos will be making a guest appearance on the long-running procedural, Law & Order: SVU (Wednesdays, 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, NBC).

The actor/musician will star as an adoption attorney who has a secret passion. Shall we guess who the special victims are in this episode?

Golden Globe winner Lori Singer will appear as well, as a new mom struggling with the responsibilities of caring for her baby.

They’re not the only notable guest star coming up this season.

NBC has announced that Oscar-nominated actor Terrence Howard (Law & Order: Los Angeles) will appear in a crossover story – plus Jeremy Irons, who was a stunner in his previous appearance as Captain Jackson on SVU, and Diane Neal, reprising her role as ADA Casey Novak, will both return to the hit series.

From the description, Irons storyline going to be rough to watch. The episode titled, Totem, will showcase the first case in series history to feature a solo female perpetrator responsible for sodomizing and murdering her victim.
