Upon first glance, Chef Gordon Ramsay may come off as an intimidating bully, a force of nature who can pound his fellow chefs into submission.  But Kitchen Nightmares and Masterchef have also proven that Ramsay is also a nurturer and a passionate devotee to the culinary arts.  In Kitchen Nightmares, he tries to whip lazy restaurant owners into shape and reinvigorate their business, and in these harsh economic times, sometimes cooking the best food does not guarantee a successful business.  Click on the media bar and listen to Mr. Ramsay give his take on how to run a superior establishment.
