The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that Annette Bening has been added to the list of presenters for this year’s Academy Awards.
Bening, who has been nominated in the Leading Actress category for her performance in The Kids Are All Right, is also an A.M.P.A.S. Governor. This current nod is Bening’s fourth Oscar nomination.
She received her first nomination for her supporting role in The Grifters (1990) and received nominations for her leading roles in American Beauty (1999) and Being Julia (2004). Her other film credits include The Women, Open Range, In Dreams, Richard III and Regarding Henry.
The Academy Awards will broadcast live to over 200 countries, February 27th, on ABC from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
