Life On Mars, which featured Jason O’Mara as a cop who travels back to the 1970s, was an intriguing enough series (although the space travelers ending still has me scratching my head), but unfortunately the series was axed after just one season.  With Steven Spielberg as an executive producer, the big budget series Terra Nova should not suffer a similar fate.  The story, which begins in the year 2149, centers on a family (O’Mara is the patriarch) who travel back in time to save humanity. Terra Nova, which is shooting in Queensland, Australia will have a two-night preview event airing Monday, May 23rd and Tuesday, May 24th on FOX.
