Matt Damon & Emily Blunt in 'The Adjustment Bureau' (Universal Pictures)

Emily Blunt, recently seen in Gulliver’s Travels, pushed her body to the limits for her upcoming film The Adjustment Bureau, a romance thriller which also stars Matt Damon.  Blunt, who plays a dancer in the film, understood the physical rigors that Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman experienced for Black Swan. “I think I fully appreciated what they went through because I went through it as well,” said Blunt.  “It is definitely one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done.  It’s an endurance test physically because you are effectively living the life of an athlete for months on end.  I’d work out for two hours a day and I’d dance for two and half or three hours a day, six days a week.  You eat nothing.  Poached chicken, salad, which I hate because I eat like a truck driver.”  Click on the media bar and listen to Blunt explain why the dancers she trained with were tougher than nails.
