Kate Gosselin, formerly of Jon and Kate and now an industry onto herself, had her lawyers file something against her ex regarding their various disputes, according to TMZ.

Snitches claim that Kate thinks Jon is telling private things about their case, and maybe even for money!  That’s supposedly in violation of a judge’s custody order.

She wants the magistrate to change the custody setup.  Anyway, that’s her side of this publicly messy divorce.

Better than a hillbilly potboiler.  And it’s not even on cable.
