Here’s a challenge: in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Scott Pilgrim must defeat his new girlfriend’s seven, evil ex-boyfriends in order to win her heart. The movie stars Michael Cera (Superbad) and Alison Pill and is based on the graphic novel series of the same name by Bryan Lee O’Malley.
Grown Ups stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider as five high school friends who reunite 30 years after graduation for a Fourth of July celebration and to mourn the death of their coach.

Charlie St. Cloud (Zach Efron) is a young man overcome with grief after the death of his younger brother in Charlie St. Cloud. So, he takes a job in the cemetery where his brother Sam (Charlie Tahan) is buried. Charlie eventually begins seeing Sam and meeting up with him nightly to play catch and talk. It becomes decision time for Charlie after he meets Tess Carroll (Amanda Crew), which means he now has to choose between keeping his promise to Sam or moving on with the woman he loves.
Ramona and Beezus is based on the 1950s popular book series by Beverly Cleary about the misadventures of Ramona Quimby (Joey King), a grade schooler with a wild imagination. Beezus (Selena Gomez) is Ramona’s big sister who is frequently embarrassed or annoyed by Ramona’s antics.

Sherlock: Season One is a modernized version of the Arthur Conan Doyle characters using the plots for the updated stories. Only this Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) lives in 21st century London and acts more self-assured with Inspector Lestrade (Rupert Graves) because he’s actually less confident. Dr. Watson (Martin Freeman) has been given a makeover too, as a young veteran of the Afghan peace-keeping fights. Watson is far less doting of Holmes and more active in the investigations.
