I think that Ellen and Tortia make a wonderfu couple. The way they met was fantastic, and you can tell that their in love. Since their marriage, there have been more gays coming out in her honor. Ellen and Portia are the capitol of my decision, and their amazing role models!!(:

Thankyou Portia. I have just lost my precious 41 year old sister who died of a sudden heart attack after silently suffering with bulima for I think maybe 20 years. Anyone who is suffering from bulima, please believe that you are treasured and loved and we all want you to be looked after. Recognise this is a serious and life threatening illness before it is too late. Please let those who love you, in.

What an amazing display of humility. Bravo to Portia for facing herself in the mirror … So to speak. I do not personally know any gay people… But after hearing Jer heart … And having a cry myself..she can be my friend anyway!

I wish will all my heart that a book like Portia’s was available when my daughter Michelle was suffering from eating disorders, The happinest day of my life was the day we adopted Michelle Jan 4th l972 and the life changing day Dec 4th l994 was when my daughter committed suicide, which was a direct result of her disorder. Portia you are a wonderful human being to stand in front of the world and give so much of yourself, through your courage you will make so many positive changes in many young girls futures.
