No sooner than Donny and Marie Osmond get sued by their Vegas producer than Taylor Swift gets a complaint from her ex-manager.

Music manager Dan Dymtrow alleges, according to The Hollywood Reporter that the Swift family agreed to pay him upwards to a tenth slice of Taylor’s earnings.  All this when Taylor was a twig-of-a-thing at 14, in 2004.

Much legalese with the details and devils, but Dymtrow’s case boils down to getting stiffed while the Swift’s signed with Big Machine without (what he says is) his commissions.

As you might guess, Swift’s attorney has a different version, saying that, well, Dymtrow’s claims were without merit.

The good news for the Swifts is that the only complaint left (out of seven) is an unjust-enrichment claim from the original suit, with the rest having been rejected by a judge last March.

The parable here is sign anything before you’re 18.  After that, sign nothing.
