There is no love between former Hell’s Kitchen contestants Raj Branston and Louis Repucci. They were both given the boot last week and the animosity between them was still fairly high.
Still, they pulled it together enough to offer this advice to the remaining cooks – even though they still didn’t agree.
“My advice for Sabrina is to keep doing what she’s doing and stand up for herself and not let these nasty people get their way,” Branston says.
Repucci sees the situation quite differently.
“That’s awful,” he burst out. “She’s actively sabotaging everyone. Though it makes for good TV, I don’t recommend anyone work like that in a professional environment. You won’t last very long.”

All that taken into consideration, Repucci has major respect for Chef Gordon Ramsay. So much in fact that he’d jump into the frying pan again in a minute given the chance…with only modest changes in his strategy.
“The only thing I would have done differently was maybe beforehand try to get into a restaurant setting and practice more of his dishes in the environment that they were going to come out,” Repucci explains. “I would have liked a little more time to prepare, but you get what you get and you’re on the show and you’re where you’re at when you get there.”
The remaining contestants start cooking again tonight, 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
