Crossing dimensions, alternate universes – that’s right - all that is on tap for season three of the sci-fi series Fringe (Thursdays, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on FOX).

At the end of last season Olivia (Anna Torv) returned to her own dimension, but what the Fringe gang doesn’t know is that she’s not really her, but rather the other Olivia.

Confused? Stand in line. Still it makes for great TV and if you’re a fan you have no trouble keeping score of who is who.

Besides, it’s really about the characters anyway, isn’t it?

At least that’s what series star Joshua Jackson thinks. The actor is convinced that the relationship between father and son, Walter Bishop (John Noble) and Peter Bishop (Jackson) is the core of the show.
