ABC’s hit morning show The View returns September 7th, and Barbara Walters will be back after taking a much needed time off after open heart surgery.  One of my favorite parts of the show is the “Hot Topics” section, and Walters explains why it’s become such a fixture on one of television’s most talked about programs.  Click on the media bar to hear Walters give her take on “Hot Topics.”
