Drew Barrymore claims her latest film, the romantic comedy Going The Distance, speaks to her on a personal level.  The film, opening Friday, is about a new couple (Barrymore and real life boyfriend Justin Long) who try to manage a long distance relationship.  It’s great to know that Barrymore truly relates to her character in the film, but will that intimacy translate into a box-office hit.  Up against Machete and newcomers Takers and The Last Exorcism, Going the Distance will probably go the same distance as….The Switch.  We love our romantic comedies Drew, but going up against Sylvester Stallone (The Expendables), the guy crew from Takers, a girl undergoing an exorcism in the Big Easy, and a machete wielding Danny Trejo (plus an oh so hot Jessica Alba) really is not a good idea!!
