Season four of Flipping Out kicks off tonight (9:00 p.m. ET/PT, Bravo) with a number of exciting new changes for designer and real estate fanatic Jeff Lewis according to the reality show’s co-star, Jenni Pulos.

“If you watch the show before and saw the end of last season it was his breakup with his business partner,” Pulos begins. “Now, this season is about building Jeff Lewis Designs.”

The gang will also be doing some traveling, including a trip to New York.

And lest you think the reality is stage, Pulos will tell you emphatically that every frame is far from fiction.

“I really got divorced, him (Lewis) and Ryan (Brown) no longer talk,” she points out. “We shoot five and a half months so that we can get real stories and with Jeff’s business it’s really unrealistic that you’re going to flip a house in a week unless you have a team of 150 people like they do on Extreme Makeover.”
