Tonight the winner of Hell’s Kitchen (8:00 p.m. ET/PT FOX) will be chosen and it’s all come down to a standoff between blue-haired Jay Santos, the executive chef from Melrose, Massachusetts and doe-eyed kitchen hottie, Holli Ugalde, the banquet chef from San Bernardino, California.

It’s a fitting finale considering these two contestants were clearly smitten with each other. The question is who can run a restaurant? Clearly Uglade has a gift for combining ingredients while Santos can bark orders without it sounding forced or rude.

Who knows, the way those two were canoodling in the hot tub a few episodes ago maybe whoever wins will want a good Sous Chef to come along to Chef Gordon Ramsay’s new London restaurant at the Savoy Hotel with them.
