Laurence Fishburne during happier times

Actor Laurence Fishburne’s daughter made news last week regarding a porn tape project, but she reportedly played a somewhat different role last year.  According to a court document obtained from E! News Online, Montana Fishburne was arrested in 2009 for alleged prostitution.  She reportedly avoided slam time with a no contest plea to criminal trespass, and the Hollywood court dropped ’solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution’ rap.  She took a work program and 2 years probation.

Montana told People magazine in an interview, “Eventually, I hope he (her father Laurence) will be proud of me.”  This was in reference to her recent sex tape, not about her earlier adventure.

If Fishburne’s probation says that she not have sex in a public place or a place “exposed to public view”; is it then a violation of that order if she ‘performs’ in a public sex tape?

These are deep issues that were given to our blue ribbon panel to chew on.  However, this is the fist time that our experts (a between-jobs columnist, ex-publicist, disbarred attorney and a carny) could not find the naked truth.
