Thursday nights are always a downer for fans of So You Think You Can Dance. That’s when a contestant is eliminated - like it or not.

It’s the home stretch on the show…the finale is next week, which makes saying buh-bye to anyone of the top four tough.

Still, Adechike Torbert drew the short straw and is out of the competition. And while the judges were often hard on him, Adam Shankman and Mia Michaels believe he’s a better dancer for it.

And they have there very distinctive way of giving the dancer his props.
