Hells Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay serves up another competition show, as Masterchef debuts on Fox tonight at 9 pm et/pt.  The program has contestants taking part in food challenges to eventually earn the title of “culinary master.”  The winner of the program receives $250,000 and a chance to publish their own cookbook.  Ramsay talks about the differences between his new show and Hell’s Kitchen.
