British actress-model Kelly Brook voted ‘best bikini body ever’ (among other things), says she wants to be known as something more than a voice with curves (a serious actress).  Brook displays her assets in her first American film, Piranha, telling Fox411.com, “If people want to cast me in roles for my body or how I look, I’m just doing to embrace that because that’s not going to be the case forever.”

While much of Piranha is less fish and more flesh, Brook has done less with more previously.  In School for Seduction, Brook appeared in nature’s own, and in Sorted she did a not-so-tender lesbian scene.  Brook said of her latest artwork, “It doesn’t make me any less important than anyone else in the movie just because I’m in a bikini.” or butt naked.  According to reports (tabloid rumors) Brook may have been excused from The Big Breakfast show in Britain because of “a series of on-air gaffes,” and trouble reading the teleprompter.  Another reason not to be taken seriously?  No matter her alleged deficits, Kelly Brook is likely to be a serious star soon enough.  She will also be appearing in a spread for Playboy, where her 32E-24-35 will be taken very seriously.
