American Idol and America’s Got Talent brain trust Simon Cowell, the most popular savagely-rude justice ever, is being sued in London by a former Britain’s Got Talent show contestant.  Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai claims (among other things) that she was treated unfairly and was discriminated against.  She will settle for an even $3.8 million, The Hollywood Reporter says, that British press reports said.

Czikai acted as her own lawyer (or barrister) where she unloaded an injury list alleging program judges of “exploitation, humiliation, degradation, barbarism..(and) cruelty.”  And if that wasn’t enough, she accused the show of  “disability discrimination”  because no one on the set adjusted back music or mic levels.  And if that wasn’t enough, the ex-nurse reportedly said that she suffers from an ailment that can cause pain, which then hurt her singing.

Is Cowell really as arrogant and unfeeling as his TV alter-ego?  Does the insulted contestant have a legitimate gripe?  Is she just thin skinned?  No skinned?  What kind of a bedside manner did the former nurse have?  Important questions deserving answers.  HollywoodOutbreak will not rest until we get the full story as it gushes from witness mouths.
