A man considered violent, with ‘a sharp object’ and duct tape was arrested prowling around actress Jennifer Aniston’s Hollywood Hills mansion last week.  The news is that Aniston got a restraining order against the prowler when she found out that he also carried a note about the actress as he was “laying-in-wait.”

But here’s a strange twist -  like Shawn Johnson’s stalker, Robert O’Ryan who was stopped by law enforcement prior to his tracking the athlete down while she was competing on Dancing with the Stars, Aniston’s stalker, Jason Peyton, was also spotted by a trooper while driving from Pennsylvania to California.

Peyton’s car had broken down and the cop offered to help. During that time, the trooper ran his plates, learned that he was considered to be a missing person, but because he was over the legal age and hadn’t committed a crime, he dismissed the report.

Unfortunately, the trooper didn’t know that Peyton’s parents had actually filed that report - fearing he was en route to stalk the famed actress, and he allowed Peyton to leave the scene.

Creepy? You bet.
