Critics of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have accused the show of being fake or staged, but this season’s “Bachelorette,” Ali Fedotwosky claims the series’ success lies on the fact that the emotions on the show are real.  As Pat Benatar once sang, “Love is a Battlefield,” and watching Fedotowsky rip apart Justin “Rated R” Rego last week after discovering he had a girlfriend was one of this season’s highlights.  Fedotowsky talks about the universal appeal of The Bachelorette, which airs tonight on ABC at 8 pm et/pt.
