30 Rock’s Jack McBrayer is obviously grateful for his regular gig on 30 Rock, and his role as wide-eyed “Kenneth Ellen Parcell” on the show netted him an Emmy nod in 2009.  Another episode of 30 Rock airs Thursday Nights on NBC (9:30 pm et/pt), and McBrayer still has to pinch himself when realizing just how far this Georgia boy has come.
