Although he was a stage veteran before he became a finalist on American Idol, Adam Lambert believes that the Fox series gave him a ton of tools to prepare him for show business.  Lambert is one of the few Idol performers who’s a complete showman (oh we are just waiting for his inevitable appearance on Glee!), and the weekly rigors of Idol helped train him for success.  The singer, who is currently on tour, talks about getting into the proverbial “dunk tank” that is American Idol.
