Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, and the flick has received excellent word of mouth. Director Oliver Stone has never shied from controversy, and instead of going at presidential conspiracies (JFK) or the horrors of the Vietnam War (Platoon, Born on the Fourth of July), Mr. Stone tackles capitalism once again. Although he’s not exactly poor, the director is not a big fan of “greed” like his iconic character Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas, reprising his role in Money Never Sleeps), and he explains why capitalism is still a grey area issue for him.
