Today and Who Wants to be a Millionaire host Meredith Vieira is the voice of a witch in Shrek Forever After, a movie that opens nationwide May 21st.  The former The View co-host is a rather odd addition in the Shrek universe, since she’s really not known for having comedic chops.  But nonetheless, Vieira had a great time hanging with Shrek crew, even though she will be left out of the toy department!
