Rob Lowe has joined the cast of Parks and Recreation to spice things up a bit, specifically for tonight’s season finale. And though Lowe is a talented dramatic actor, he has demonstrated his comic skills in movies like Austin Powers many times over - and now on this sitcom.

It may be a surprise to viewers that Lowe’s so funny, but not to his brother Chad Lowe, who has seen his brother kick serious butt making people laugh.
