Welcome back to the 1970s with the new series The Good Guys, which stars Bradley Whitford, Colin Hanks and Diana Maria Riva.
The show is a throwback to the police buddy dramedies of that era with two detectives fighting crime.
Dan Stark (Whitford) is the veteran cop who is having trouble adjusting to new methods of catching criminals. While his partner, Jack Baily (Hanks) is a modern cynical cop. Their boss, Lieutenant Ana Ruiz (Riva) is in charge of keeping the guys in check.
OK, so it’s meant to be funny, but Riva tells HollywoodOutbreak.com that it took serious training to pull off those fanny-kicking moves.

The Good Guys debuts tonight 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, but it moves to its regular time-slot of Mondays, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
