Sunshine Hampton took her lumps last week on The Biggest Loser, but she’s not hurting. The eliminated contestant knew it was time for her to go - and that her life has been changed, for the better, forever.

Hampton was emotional throughout her participation on the program – and even admitted that because of her weight she had never even dated, a confession she has no regrets about now.

“It was hard for me to say that on live TV,” she acknowledges. “I knew I had to get everything out and just work from there.”

Now, she’s looking toward the future and she’s getting plenty of offers from men online. Still, Hampton is a traditional woman who plans to meet her soul-mate through personal and very real connections.

“I got to get to know you first,” she points out. “There have been some people who have approached me at the gym, but I think my eye is on a different prize right now. I’m just trying to get through the finale and see what happens after that.”

As for her dad, O’Neal Hampton, taking the hit so she could stay in the competition, Hampton is grateful and happy she could make her father proud.

“I was definitely blessed and thankful to be there with my dad,” she beings adding, “He pushed me and as long as he was pushing me I was pulling him and we worked through this together - and we did it. I feel amazing right now.”

Hampton has lost 115 pounds so far.

The Biggest Loser continues with the top three contestants tonight, 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
