Jimmy Fallon has been named host of the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards this year.

The host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon offered up his own signature reaction to the honor.

“Hosting the Emmys has been a dream of mine ever since they told me I was doing it,” was quoted from a statement released by NBC.

This isn’t his first time taking the reigns of an award show. Fallon has twice hosted the MTV Movie Awards and has also taken on the duties of the MTV Video Music Awards.

The Emmys are awarded Sunday, August 29th of this year and the ceremony will broadcast live beginning at 5:00 p.m. PT on NBC.
