George Segal (Just Shoot Me) and Jessica Walter (Arrested Development) are returning to series television in a new sitcom. Retired at 35 is another original production for the TV Land network.

The story follows the life of David (Jonathan McClain), a successful businessman who dumps the New York City rat race to move into his parents’ (Segal and Walter) Florida retirement home.

This is the second sitcom to be green lit by the network, which most recently order episodes of Hot in Cleveland, starring Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendi Malick and Betty White.

Retired at 35 is set to debut in the first quarter of 2011.
