Paige Turco brought her 6-year-old son on location while shooting the fanciful family movie Secret of the Mountain, which was more of a playground than a movie set to hear the actress tell it.
Her child got dropped smack into faux Aztec ruins where he could live large walking over gold sand. But even more important, Turco got to play action hero right in front of him on a super slide.
The TV movie revolves around Dana (Turco) a mom whose inherited cabin has drawn interest from a buyer. When she arrives to sign papers, Dana and her family end up on their own mysterious journey.
Secrets of the Mountain is geared to families, but don’t mistake the pic for a kiddie movie. The actress says the story is a bit Indiana Jones with enough action to keep hardcore adventure addicts satisfied.
