Katherine Heigl’s successful run on Grey’s Anatomy has come to an abrupt end, as she confirmed last week that she has exited the series.  Heigl shouldn’t worry about her job prospects, as her next film, Life As We Know It, comes out in December.  The movie which centers on two single people who take in the daughter of their late best friends, struck a personal chord with Heigl, as she now puts her family above her career.
