We here at HollywoodOutbreak.com are excited for the release of Tron Legacy, the sequel to the 1982 cult classic Tron, which starred the now newly anointed Oscar winner, Jeff Bridges.

By the time Tron came out in the summer of ‘82 some felt the movie was already outdated because of the special effects. Now, 28 years later, the sequel Tron Legacy is finally due to hit theatres on December 17th of this year. From where we sit, what has been teased and talked about by the studio (Disney) has led us to believe that Tron Legacy is far ahead of the curve in terms of special and 3D effects.
