How dare Mark Valley mention The Rockford Files when describing his action packed show Human Target (airing tonight on Fox at 8 pm et/pt)!!  It’s hard to come anywhere near the ballpark when it comes to matching James Garner’s innate charm, and who the heck is Mark Valley?  In all fairness, Human Target, based on the popular DC Comics character, is an action packed series that is a throwback to the guilty pleasure action series of the 1970s and 1980s (where everything just tends to end up in an explosion!!).  Valley talks about Human Target, and let’s just hope Mr. Garner isn’t listening!
