It was goodbye time for Cheryl on The Biggest Loser last week and aside from having to leave her son Daris behind (he’s still on the show), she has only good things to say about her experience.

Cheryl has continued her weight-loss journey and has taken all the tools she was given on the reality show with her into her home life. She says the biggest secret to living healthier is to prep foods in advance so the temptations for a quick meal are minimized. Plus, she’s still working out each morning.

She’ll be back for the finale of The Biggest Loser, which is scheduled for May. For now, she’ll be rooting her son Daris - and expecting him to be in the top four Losers at the end of the season.

Cheryl’s advice for getting started on a weight-loss regime.

Tonight, the blue team squares off against the black team in a food trivia pop challenge. The winning team travels via limo for a day of pampering and luxury while the losing team gets to clean the kitchen and the gym. Popular chef Curtis Stone stops by to help the show’s host, Alison Sweeney, judge a food cook-off challenge. Each team has 30 minutes to make an appetizer, entrée and dessert using only 12 ingredients. The winning team gets a big advantage at the weigh in.

The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays, 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
