Pam and Jim (Jenna Fischer, John Kransinski) are about to become parents in - and I do mean in The Office.

Pam goes into labor and delays going to the hospital because Jim and she want more time together in the hospital.

The Office star, Steve Carell – with his tongue firmly planted in his cheek – wants fans to ready themselves for the big event, which could get graphic.

And turning serious – within reason of course – the actor explains why this is the episode fans have been looking forward to since the start of the sitcom.
