The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences unveiled its design for this year’s Oscar Awards.
David Rockwell, Founder and CEO of Rockwell Group tells HollywoodOutbreak.com that he worked closely with Oscar Producers, Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic to create a look that is a stunning balance between L.A. trendy with nostalgic Hollywood.
Lights, crystals and moving sets are the key components for the 2010 Academy Awards stage, but Rockwell has added an element of intimacy into the design.
The colors will be top heavy in white, platinum, topaz and smoky bronze hues, which seem to give the set a sparkle all its own, but the crystals add that extra measure of glitter.
