Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightening Thief is a big title for a movie, which is only appropriate because much of Pierce Brosnan’s role as Chiron is done one stilts.

The story follows Percy (Logan Lerman), a teenager who discovers he’s the descendant of a Greek god who must find the thief who stole Zeus’ lightening bolt.

Brosnan has done his share of physically-challenging roles from the James Bond flicks to The Thomas Crown Affair but you’d still think he’d need a leg up learning to walk on stilts. Well, Brosnan says that’s not the case at all. In fact, his early stage work was a perfect training ground for his current movie.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightening Thief  hits theaters this Friday.
