On this day in 1974, 20th Century Fox released the sci-fi fantasy, ZARDOZ, starring SEAN CONNERY and CHARLOTTE RAMPLING. Directed by JOHN BOORMAN, the film is set in the future and stars CONNERY as a savage trained to be a killing machine. It was as silly then as it is now but, somehow, remains watchable.
