Ooh boy, is Dear John a chick flick. The story revolves around a soldier (Channing Tatum) and his girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried), who promises her undying love to him. Enter 9/11 and a return to duty and it seems as though that promise was nothing more than lip-service. Now you know…bring a date and the hankies.

Been there, done that. John Travolta stars in From Paris with Love as an American spy trying to stop a terrorist attack in the City of Lights. He’s partnered up with a U.S. Ambassador (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), who is eager to learn the ropes…until he realizes his new mentor is a gun crazy, risk-taker. Both actors seem to be filling their gullets to the top by chewing the heck out of the scenery.

Yep, that’s the premise of Frozen, a thriller surrounding three college students who, after discovering they’ve been overlooked on the lift.
