In the new film DEAR JOHN, stars CHANNING TATUM (G.I. JOE) and AMANDA SEYFRIED (MAMMA MIA!) meet, fall hopelessly in love and carry on a long-distance relationship with an able assist from the U.S. Postal Service. Based on the bestselling romantic novel by NICHOLAS SPARKS, the film is a ‘tear jerker’ to say the least.
We spoke with TATUM recently and, given the title of the film, asked if he’d ever gotten one of those dreaded letters himself and he admitted that, while he’d never actually gotten a “Dear John” letter, he has been dumped a few times. Listen in below:
